Shipping Damage

Please do not accept any shipment if the packaging appears damaged in any way. We strongly suggest that you check your order after receiving it to be sure that it is in proper working order.

Returning an Item

* We strive to provide outstanding customer service and to keep you satisfied. We are not a big box store with deep pockets, but we provide excellent customer service. Buy with confidence from string instrument specialists. Call us - we work it out to your satisfaction. We've never had an unhappy customer.

If you feel the need to return an item, it must be in resalable condition. Resalable Condition means that the product(s) is in exactly the same condition as it was when you received it.

* All returns must be returned in original packing, complete with blank warranty cards, owner's manual and no sign of wear or abuse. In the event that the product is not in the same condition as you received it, you may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, repair charge or disqualification.

* Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

* Please call us at 1-866-291-0321 for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) number and instructions before sending any items.

* No returns past 30 days.

Warranty:

Wood Violins SV-4 and SV-5 violins, amps, pedals and bows are warranted for a period of 12 months to be free of manufacturer defect. Bow hair on any bow is warranted for 30 days. Please contact us at any point with any issue - we will work to resolve it in a timely manner.
