Dorfler bows are produced by fourth-generation bowmakers in Germany, from imported Brazilian pernambuco wood. The #17 model boasts a handsome frog with a heel plate as well as a single eye and three part button. This bow would work well for an advancing student learning repertoire that requires more complex bow strokes.
