Tanglewood Strings 800 series violin

The first thing you will notice on this beautiful violin is the expert craftsmanship and the tight-grained spruce top.? Although we saw several others with more beautifully flamed maple backs, they did not have the tone quality of this one.? It has a bright, open tone and is strong all the way up the fingerboard.? Violins at this level should have excellent balance from low to high and this example does not disappoint.
